This is probably nothing to get concerned about but it is certainly interesting.

We know the Joker will appear as a villain, and we know Harvey Dent will have something to do with the story
And we're going to make The Joker next year.' The speculation, of course, is that Caine name-dropped a title, and the new film may be called simply The Joker
If that's the case, the title should be 'The Batman Meets The Joker'
I prefer simply: The Joker
Man, I liked Nolan's original idea of letting Joker pot boil over
Meaning that Nolan wanted the Joker to be just missed by Batman, and it would go like that up to like the 4th film and then BAM! A big fight when they catch each other
Joker, unless played and portrayed as an extremely dark and serious psychopath, could throw the film off its novel path as the original bonafide truly dark comic that creator Bob Kane intended
It is plausible that Joker could be an elusive villain that the Batman is becoming aware of as suggested by 'Batman Begins', until he is forced to pursue a more lethal social threat represented by a biologically contagious version of Clayface represented in current comic book story lines
